Cross Country Boots

I LOVED the Majyk Equipe’s on my morgan, but they don’t fit my OTTB well. He doesn’t have enormous ankles, but they’re big enough that the boots spin - I think I need a 3rd strap to hold everything in place (I have the same issue on this horse with the 2-strap woof brushing boots, so I think it’s really just his leg shape rather than any design issue with the boots). The material on the ME’s is awesome - quick drying, lightweight, and easy to clean.

I just ordered the Lemieux boots - hoping they’re a better fit!

Majyk Equipe is the way to go! Very high quality boots, and reasonably priced. Totally recommend!

The Professional’s Choice All Purpose Boots can be found online for about $30 fronts/$35 hinds. Very lightweight, doesn’t hold water, ventilated, etc. Fits my 16hh mare really well in the mediums. This will be the start of my 3rd season using them, but wouldn’t have been upset if they only lasted 1 or 2 at this price!

Le Mieux has great cross country boots! They are SUPER lightweight and give nice protective you can find them on here: https://www.countryandstable.com/le-mieux-stealthair-mark-iii-xc-front-boots/

they come in black, red, or blue and they ship free if you spend 100$
I love everything by Le Mieux, all their boots hold up nice and their saddle pads are gorgeous

I have not had any trouble with my ME boots slipping.
