Hi! It was suggested I should cross-post this here, so here goes!
I recently started a website, www.historicalhorse.com, which is dedicated to preserving equestrian history. Each day I post a visitor-submitted photo and story about a horse or horseperson that has shaped his or her involvement in the equine world. Right now, I’m looking for both photo and story submissions, as well as nominations for horses and horsepeople to be featured in a “Hall of Fame” for lesser-known equestrian greats (more info about the Hall of Fame here). This is a project I’m starting just for fun, personal interest, and to give back to the sport – I don’t make any profit. You can read my mission statement of sorts here.
