Sebastian has one in Evansburg State Park in Collegeville. I see it listed as 7/24/2011 in the Horse of the DE Valley’s online calendar. (You need to click on June but it will then scroll through to July). It is normally a ride that involves questions with points. Not quite a true paper chase for optimum time but still fun.
I haven’t been to either of these but might try the Amwell Valley one.
