Sounds like love at first sight; but, then you never know with prearranged marriages
Sounds like they did not go “all the way” on the first date.

Carol,
What are you talking about??? They did. He covered her.
The mating took place at 9 a.m. (EST) at William S. Farish’s Lane’s End Farm near Versailles, Ky…“It was just a very routine visit,” said Farish. “She accepted him and he her. We are very excited to have her and, of course, Zenyatta, who could be bred within the next week.”
When they say they accepted each other, it wasn’t like they went to the stable bar and ate alfalfa together and sipped Evian while checking if they had common interests. It means she didn’t try to kick the living S*&^ out of him when he mounted her.
End of session. No “marriages” no love. Just raw carnal reproduction.
