Custom hunt coats that don’t break the bank?

Hi All!

I’m in the market for a new hunt coat and would love to either find an off the rack brown hunt coat that I can tailor to fit me, or a custom brand that doesn’t break the bank. I’m looking at custom because I have had a preventative double mastectomy without reconstruction (no implants), and clothes are typically not made for people like me!

The only custom brands I am aware of are Charles Ancona (way outside my budget), and Winston (still a lot but a bit more reasonable).

If anyone knows of brands that carry brown hunt coats, or offer custom coats that are not exorbitantly expensive, let me know! Thank you!

I believe Grand Prix does brown. I would also check out RJ classics (the website, not a tack shop that may only carry some colors). I would definitely try that and go to a tailor before I tried custom!

I have an RJ “Monterrey” in Brown. Its a washable tech fabric. I love it. Fits great off the rack. They do run a bit big.
