Where are folks getting custom skull cap covers from? I see that the Sipps Silks site is no more but Clark Farm Saddlery offers them. Who else should I look at?
I think BoB used to get them from Sipps as well? Afraid I don’t have anything to add but following because Sipps’ hunter green just isn’t. It’s more Kelly, and I hate it. Best cover I ever had - and perfect colors - was from a place in Washington - Custom Sport or something like that? - but they went out of business years ago. 
Dover saddlery makes some customs but limited choices and Bit of Britain. I’ve done one through Clark Farm and it was very nice.

Lots of cute styles and custom options and they ship worldwide.
https://www.hardyetc.co.uk also does custom orders and ships worldwide but I don’t know if they will only do a hat silk or if you have to get the whole set.

I know this is a zombie thread, but I have to share where I got some amazing custom hat silks. Audrey was able to make exactly what I wanted, which was unique to say the least! I got 2 fully custom silks for $75 including shipping and they were in the mail the day after I contacted her. Highly recommend!
You know it’s a crime of cosmic proportions to mention something custom on COTH and not provide pictures???

The leopard print one is my boyfriend’s and is based off the Napoleonic dragoon helmets. Because that’s how he rolls. Mine has significantly less bling since I’m still in recovery from H/J land. It’s a miracle I got something that wasn’t completely navy, hunter Green, or burgundy
