Hello does anyone know any shops / people that can make quality customizable horse treats like you can suggest what you would like on the horse treat (example: flamingo ) and they would make it? I want to get it for a birthday gift but I haven’t found anyone that does it.

There also appear to be some people doing this on Etsy.
Honestly, you could probably just get custom cookies from a human bakery. It’s not as if they contain anything that would stop a horse from eating them. If it’s a small outfit or individual person they might even be willing to make a special recipe for you.
