Does anyone know if a CWD size 1 bridle would fit a large pony?
More info/a pic of the pony might help. I have two large ponies and both wear cob size bridles but one errs on the “pony” side of sizing and one errs on the “horse” side lol.
IME ponies have incredibly variable sized heads, especially large ponies. I’ve had larges that needed a horse browband, cob nose, and pony cheeks. The one I have now would possibly benefit from an oversize browband.
Oof… tough call but there’s a good shot it will. It’s usually about the size of a small cob.

My size 1 CWD bridle fit the 14.2 pony I was riding perfectly but he had a horse size head, not a dainty Welsh type at all.
