CWD saddle ID help

I’m trying to help my friend figure out her saddle specifications, does anybody know how to read CWD imprints?
It’s SE32 S3 TC 3C PA RT
It’s too rich for my blood so I’m no help at all.

I think we’ve managed to decode it, but I’m happy for any interpretations!

S3 - 18in
TC - flat seat
3C - Sz 3 flap, forward
PA RT - Standard Panel w/ RT (some shaving for point of scapula)
