There are some very nice combinations running at Fair Hill this weekend (CIC 3/2/1 & Adv/I/P). I am hoping to drive down for cross country but only have Saturday free. Current limiting factor is that without a co-pilot I am not sure I can handle the 8hrs driving on top of 8hrs cross country study!
My ideal plan would be to leave Connecticut’s New Haven / Hartford area 4/4:30am - with clear roads that allows for 8/9am arrival. According to FH website’s tentative schedule xc runs 9:15 through 3:30, beginning with the 3* division. Makes for an early morning but allows for early departure end of day even if things are running a little behind.
Planned route is i-95 from CT to MD (no traffic at 5am on a Saturday), maybe small detour on return via the Tappan Zee bridge. Anybody else out there feel like a daytrip?!
