I am a 30 year old medium level dressage rider, but I grew up doing combined training & eventing. Unfortunately, I have developed a bit of an anxiety about jumping, and would love to find a barn where I could have a few confidence building jumping lessons. I currently live in SK but am in AB frequently for work.

So you’re looking for school horse lessons, right? Those have gotten few and far between these days as the price of board goes up. Here are a few possibilities for you:
East of the city:
North of the city:
South of the city:
What height are you looking to jump? Most school horses around here only go to around 2ft6 to 2ft9 and then you’re in lease or owning territory. The barn I’m at has probably the largest school horse string in Calgary but I think there is a wait list, but give them a call as they may have some openings
we we are in the far South of Calgary so you would need a car!
