Del Mar Horsepark (aka Showpark) is announcing a Grand Re-Opening on July 15, 2023 at 4pm.
The property has been undergoing extensive improvements to stabling, show rings, footing, and upgrades to the indoor ring.
The first rated h/j show is scheduled for July 12-16.
A qualified “yay” here. Certainly happy to see horse shows returning to ShowPark, but am not looking forward to seeing how pricey they’re likely to be. And HITS doesn’t have the greatest reputation for its exhibitor focus… I know there’s new management there, so hopefully they’ll rise to the occasion.
