Prolite saddle pads are what you are looking for in a correction pad.

Prolite all the way. I have several and have been using them for years. No compression.

Bought a 10 x10 Wool Felt square off Amazon…cut it fo fit an old half pad…Perfect solution

@Fellbutbackup I have found that in the almost year I have had it, it hasn’t compressed. The shims are pretty sturdy.

I have only used the front shims.

Thanks for recommending this pad. I got one and the horse is no longer sore after rides, while also raising his back for me.

It is well designed. The shims have beveled edges and the two sets fit beveled on top of each other. It is really well priced.

The ECP really was shoddy. Cannot believe all the good reviews it had.

I’ve had the most success with the Roma protek pads. They are ugly but cheap! Downside is they aren’t shims, so only come in one thickness.

I was so ready to buy one of those if the le mieux did not work out.
