Is anyone familiar with this company in California ? I’d like to order a browband from them online but hesitate to do so. There’s no phone number in case I need to reach them.

I just ordered from them and got the browband super fast and also got a very quick response to an email with a question…
I’ve gotten stuff from them - it is not top quality, but for the price, pretty darn good deal. I think you are pretty safe ordering from them!
I have ordered a couple of their browbands, the english channel ones that you can make your own browbands with. Good quality and quick.

It’s just the type of bling browband I like, not very blingy while still being eyecatching… I don’t need more browbands…
Just went out on my iPad to discover their coding doesn’t work with my Safari browser. The pop up blocks the pages and can’t be closed. Oh well.

I have mixed emotions.
I had one order reach me in a reasonable amount of time… And another order that took 6 months.
I’ve had her respond to emails, and not respond.
I ordered the blue stone butter fly brow band and it arrived with 1 blue stone and the rest were aqua. Lol.
I returned the brow band and didn’t see the money added to my PayPal until I inquired 8 months later.
But, if they had something I wanted… I would buy it.
Just make sure you keep any email conversations.
I will not order from them again. I had two good experiences, and agree with the above posters that the quality is reasonable for the money.
However, I ordered an anatomical girth and was told my size was on backorder. I said I’d wait until it came in. After repeated email attempts I got no response. I followed up with phone messages, and couldn’t get a response there either. I never got the girth, and it went past the point where I could file a PayPal claim.
I’ve never been willing to take a chance on them again after that experience.
I have made multiple complicated orders (mix of different sizes and styles of empty channel browbands.) The one time they couldn’t fill the order immediately the way I wanted, she was in touch by e-mail, gave me reasonable choices, and I got what I wanted in a few weeks.
