Sorry, I checked it. not sure why it would not work.

WOW! That was wild! It looks like some sort of a comepetition between hunts, is that right? I was amazed by the number of spectators. It appeared that most of the spectators had gathered at the water jump to watch for crashes, like a NASCAR race. And they clearly were not disappointed. Had I been on the winning team I would have wanted to fill the trophy cup with a good stiff drink!

That is awesome. Does anybody know what the event is?

It is also a good demonstration on why eventing specified a maximum depth for water jumps. Old eventing films look a bit like that too.

What the ???

There are some major holes in the footing in that water jump. Those falls weren’t from the jump into the water. I wonder why people kept galloping through such deep water? I also wonder why the riders didn’t walk the water ahead of time, since it was a competition. Or the officals could have flagged the holes, routing the horses in a safer galloping lane.

Maybe a cross-post to the event board would be answered by the European saavy eventers…

It is a hunt, without the fox. Hubertusjagt or Hubertusjakt. You are supposed to jump the jumps, then try to grab the fox tail from someone or something, I guess that person wins
