Horse was not stolen, check your facts

Katie of bffequine. Your horse was not stolen as you never paid for it. Police have told you the same as all the paperwork is with them and shows you do not have legal rights or ownership of the horse. You have not even been able to verify payment on him to them. When you don’t pay for it and drop it off to a sales barn to sell it for fast cash, someone is bound to find out. You never notified the seller that there was a legal lien on the horse for failure to pay. And to Eric Noel’s fanatic. It makes me laugh that you believe his lies. Maybe he should show you the real paperwork he didn’t just make up. Court awarded the horse back to Kaitlyn and this paperwork I have seen personally. There is a reason why Eric has been from property to property and been in several legal battles over the past several years. He’s still appealing the case mentioned above! He is still trying to go after people in that case who have passed away. The man has a serious mental disorder and fabricates paperwork without any signatures from the court (I.e. a judge) to show the paperwork was even filed. Eric has been in lawsuits in several states. Easy records search. Kaitlyn still has a good business and is knowledgeable in what she does. Her horses are honest and well cared for. If she wasn’t she would not be in the industry today. But people like Eric and Katie really do deserve to have the law stuck to them on trying to take advantage of others. For sure when u have no proof of ownership, no legal rights to the horse, and never paid for it.

Allegedly, Kaitlyn has now pulled a Wendy Hsue.

Well, I see that all the bad stuff folks have posted about her over the past couple of years on this recurring thread are true. My Calvin was stolen by the lessee in much the same manner: I was told my horse had died by her, then he was sold on Dreamhorse.

Have you tracked him down? OMG?

vxf111 Yes Calvin was tracked down, it was quite an episode here on COTH many years ago

sadly Calvin left this last month due to a sudden and fatal colic

I totally missed it. Thank goodness she got him back!

Had my first and bad encourter with Katie Biear, earlier in the year I gave her an older gelding as a kids lead line/grooming horse she put up a good front and I figured he was going to be in good hands with the way she presented herself and her website at the time, Derby Stride Farms. In August, I recieved an update from her stating the horse died in her pasture and was sadden but didn’t think too much of it since he was 22! Come to find this past saturday he shows up at Turlock Auction! A friend of mine stopped him and we pulled him from the auction, he is safe now. Upond research we found a sales add for him stating a different age, breed, and ability, but that picture was sure his! Beware, this girl is a good good liar! So glad the horse is safe, however that was luck!

Amazing that nobody has smacked her in the head with a skillet and claimed a horse kicked her.

^ amen! pulled from the FB page about Pilot. Glad I took the time to read this thread.

how do we stop her?

… If ANY of these claims were real, would I really still have any clients, be accepted to have my business at a boarding facility, or have any people leasing/buying any horses from/through me?.. [/QUOTE]

sorry, but this made me chuckle. cuz we all know that NO dishonest trainers manage to stay in business long, do they. lol. with the day I’m having I needed the laugh.

Express opinions as opposed to factual conclusions (ie “in my opinion she is X or Y” as oppposed to just “she is X or Y”. Just my legal advice on avoiding a defamation claim. And being one of those few horse poeple in Oregon

Thank you BITSA, as you are very correct in your above statement.

Update to all who think they know what’s going on.

Katie Flanagan of BFF Equestrian, you still have never pursued anything legal against me for Vincent. Although, I would think that would go in hand with what the police told you and the police report about you stealing Vincent and not paying for him. I just hope that the sales barn you worked with got their money for your misrepresentation.

Eric Noel of Chase Riding. He is once again up to no good (what a shock). He is still in possession of my stolen mare and if anyone wants to believe the BS stories and lies his girlfriend, Kindy Pool wants to write about me on here or say in person, feel free to, but I believe the evidence speaks for itself. Kindy and Eric are trying to sell Rock-A-Bye (USEF #5021121) under a different name (Trade Wind). This can easily be seen under the youtube search of “Trade Wind and Kindy Pool”, as they only have one video. It can also be seen with picture proof under The Chase Riding page(s) on Facebook. After talking with Eric, what several others have told me by phone, email, and facebook private messages, he is NOT new to this game what so ever and Rock-A-Bye is having soundness issues. If anyone purchases Rock-A-Bye, she can easily be traced and you will loose your money from the purchase after the judgement is signed where I can physically go on the property and get her back, if I want to, no matter who is in current possession.

Please do go back to the previous posts in this forum where Eric Noel’s “fans” bad mouth to a max about Rock-A-Bye and are now advertising her for the SAME EXACT asking price, experience, etc, as when I had her and was selling her, before Eric Noel and his third party stole her from a private barn in Bend, Oregon.

To the previous owner of Pilot (Regal Sal) and Sara of CANTER Thoroughbreds. I adopted Pilot sight unseen in February of 2013. I was told he was bombproof and sound, but couldn’t do the big mountain trails anymore because of his old age but would be a perfect kids horse. After he arrived, he was much more advanced in his arthritis than originally told. He was a total gentleman except for the fact he did not settle in in our barn because our neighbors had cows and he began to stress. We moved him to the other side of the property and he still was stressing after two weeks. I did not think it was appropriate to keep him and allow him to stress anymore and contacted Jim down in So Cal about this. He admitted he never saw Pilot around cows. He also stated he was not willing to take him back because he couldn’t (or didn’t want to), but none the less he stated he would contact Sara with CANTER and they would begin searching for a new home as I would on my end as well. Shortly there after, Pilot was rehomed to Almaden Equestrian Center in San Jose, CA where he was owned, managed, cared for, etc all by them and their staff. It was not till after he was picked up at Auction several months later that I was informed of what happened AND wrongfully blamed for dropping him off at auction. I DO NOT go to auctions, have never received a horse or dropped a horse off to auction and have never had any intentions of doing so. Pilot had a contract with Almaden Equestrian Center where I would get first refusal if he was to ever be rehomed OR at least told where he would go so he would not end up in a sour position. The barn obviously did not follow through with this, as I was told from them that their excuse was, they could not contact me… My e-mail and facebook contact has NEVER changed. And the story of me writing an e-mail where he passed away is completely sickening, as he was not even in my care and no longer owned by me.

FOR ANYONE who wants to make a quick judgement and quickly state you know someone when I have never done business with you or ever done business in the state you claim, double check your records and claims. Eric Noel is still in a contentious legal battle where he is not allowed to sell Rock-A-Bye and is now misleading others to believe she is another horse when she isn’t.

To date, I am still able to run my business with several clients both East Coast and West Coast as well as internationally. USEF has NEVER investigated me and neither has anyone else. ALL my personal and client horses/ponies are well cared for to a max. They are gold to me and everyone else who is with them. They get whatever is required for health both physically and mentally and IF a situation is not right, they are rehomed.

The OTTB gelding named Visiual Intensity who had three bone chips in his left front ankle was rehomed for free with a contract stating NO AUCTION and first refusal. The entire vet report and x-rays where released to the new owner and he is in a wonderful new home in California. This is one example of the type of person I am and my business. Visual Intensity was retired from the track, as we were told, sound but sore and needed a little time off. After his down time from the track he was showing up lame. Was vetted, and x-rayed. Had professional opinions state his jumping career would never be able to happen and therefor we did what was right by finding him a wonderful and loving home for the rest of his life. This can be seen on Facebook where he was advertised, as I believe the craigslist ads are now expired.

We have several horses that will be hitting the A circuit this year and you can bet there will be many more. The product speaks for itself, not what some hearsay person has to say. Just figured all you “activists” on here would be interested in a general update since you don’t have anything better to do with your lives.

Actually, most of us forgot about this and don’t care about personal disputes among a handful of posters unknown to 98% of us.

But you brought it back to light to refresh our memories with both sides of the story. It’ll also go to the top on GOOGLE again.

I love these threads. I just always forget to bring the good popcorn.

Awwwwwwww, was somebody needing some attention today???

Funny, No One Cares What You Think When You Are Wrong…

Well, you almost got it right… No one cares what you think. For sure when you are wrong and a follower with no life. You are very quick to dismiss it all after being proven wrong. Big opinions from you and others with no evidence to back it. Plus, it’s been at the top of google for a while. I know I’m not that important. But maybe you and the others should stop the highschool drama games. Pick a real hobby. Instead of talking about how to do it, maybe go out and prove yourself. Anyone can write anything on the Internet. Doesn’t mean it’s true. Thus why I have no worries of posting the truth with hard evidence and witnesses to back. Doesn’t hurt me, only you.

And no I’m not looking for attention “eclipse”. Seems like your begging for it with a comment like that. Are we older than 15? Grow up and act your real age, not your horse’s age.

:sleepy:

We’re going to close this thread, as it’s getting into personal commentary, and the parties involved would be better served to address their legal issues, etc. through appropriate channels vs. going back and forth with each other on this site.

Thanks,
