UPDATE(S)
Express opinions as opposed to factual conclusions (ie “in my opinion she is X or Y” as oppposed to just “she is X or Y”. Just my legal advice on avoiding a defamation claim. And being one of those few horse poeple in Oregon :)
Thank you BITSA, as you are very correct in your above statement.
Update to all who think they know what’s going on.
Katie Flanagan of BFF Equestrian, you still have never pursued anything legal against me for Vincent. Although, I would think that would go in hand with what the police told you and the police report about you stealing Vincent and not paying for him. I just hope that the sales barn you worked with got their money for your misrepresentation.
Eric Noel of Chase Riding. He is once again up to no good (what a shock). He is still in possession of my stolen mare and if anyone wants to believe the BS stories and lies his girlfriend, Kindy Pool wants to write about me on here or say in person, feel free to, but I believe the evidence speaks for itself. Kindy and Eric are trying to sell Rock-A-Bye (USEF #5021121) under a different name (Trade Wind). This can easily be seen under the youtube search of “Trade Wind and Kindy Pool”, as they only have one video. It can also be seen with picture proof under The Chase Riding page(s) on Facebook. After talking with Eric, what several others have told me by phone, email, and facebook private messages, he is NOT new to this game what so ever and Rock-A-Bye is having soundness issues. If anyone purchases Rock-A-Bye, she can easily be traced and you will loose your money from the purchase after the judgement is signed where I can physically go on the property and get her back, if I want to, no matter who is in current possession.
Please do go back to the previous posts in this forum where Eric Noel’s “fans” bad mouth to a max about Rock-A-Bye and are now advertising her for the SAME EXACT asking price, experience, etc, as when I had her and was selling her, before Eric Noel and his third party stole her from a private barn in Bend, Oregon.
To the previous owner of Pilot (Regal Sal) and Sara of CANTER Thoroughbreds. I adopted Pilot sight unseen in February of 2013. I was told he was bombproof and sound, but couldn’t do the big mountain trails anymore because of his old age but would be a perfect kids horse. After he arrived, he was much more advanced in his arthritis than originally told. He was a total gentleman except for the fact he did not settle in in our barn because our neighbors had cows and he began to stress. We moved him to the other side of the property and he still was stressing after two weeks. I did not think it was appropriate to keep him and allow him to stress anymore and contacted Jim down in So Cal about this. He admitted he never saw Pilot around cows. He also stated he was not willing to take him back because he couldn’t (or didn’t want to), but none the less he stated he would contact Sara with CANTER and they would begin searching for a new home as I would on my end as well. Shortly there after, Pilot was rehomed to Almaden Equestrian Center in San Jose, CA where he was owned, managed, cared for, etc all by them and their staff. It was not till after he was picked up at Auction several months later that I was informed of what happened AND wrongfully blamed for dropping him off at auction. I DO NOT go to auctions, have never received a horse or dropped a horse off to auction and have never had any intentions of doing so. Pilot had a contract with Almaden Equestrian Center where I would get first refusal if he was to ever be rehomed OR at least told where he would go so he would not end up in a sour position. The barn obviously did not follow through with this, as I was told from them that their excuse was, they could not contact me… My e-mail and facebook contact has NEVER changed. And the story of me writing an e-mail where he passed away is completely sickening, as he was not even in my care and no longer owned by me.
FOR ANYONE who wants to make a quick judgement and quickly state you know someone when I have never done business with you or ever done business in the state you claim, double check your records and claims. Eric Noel is still in a contentious legal battle where he is not allowed to sell Rock-A-Bye and is now misleading others to believe she is another horse when she isn’t.
To date, I am still able to run my business with several clients both East Coast and West Coast as well as internationally. USEF has NEVER investigated me and neither has anyone else. ALL my personal and client horses/ponies are well cared for to a max. They are gold to me and everyone else who is with them. They get whatever is required for health both physically and mentally and IF a situation is not right, they are rehomed.
The OTTB gelding named Visiual Intensity who had three bone chips in his left front ankle was rehomed for free with a contract stating NO AUCTION and first refusal. The entire vet report and x-rays where released to the new owner and he is in a wonderful new home in California. This is one example of the type of person I am and my business. Visual Intensity was retired from the track, as we were told, sound but sore and needed a little time off. After his down time from the track he was showing up lame. Was vetted, and x-rayed. Had professional opinions state his jumping career would never be able to happen and therefor we did what was right by finding him a wonderful and loving home for the rest of his life. This can be seen on Facebook where he was advertised, as I believe the craigslist ads are now expired.
We have several horses that will be hitting the A circuit this year and you can bet there will be many more. The product speaks for itself, not what some hearsay person has to say. Just figured all you “activists” on here would be interested in a general update since you don’t have anything better to do with your lives.
