Devoucoux new GT saddle: made of cork leather

Oh dear lord that is ugly. Not to mention still not as sustainable as buying a good used saddle that will last the way well cared for leather does, My saddle was made in the 80s and looks immaculate because its previous owner treated it really well (people have asked if it is new), I don’t see cork lasting 40 years with or without regular use.

Holy crap. That’s insane.

That’s the price of any new higher end saddle. My Voltaire in 2013 was around 6k new.

This is a vegan alternative right? For as many riders who are vegan/

That price is what I expected. I paid 6k for a new Bruno Delgrange in 2017.
I think it’s a cool idea.

CF is also extremely light while far stronger than wood or plastic.
