Just bought one of these at my tack trunk. Seems to hold my English saddle, bridle and the daily needs nicely. Anyone else use this one? Care to share how you organized it? Thinking of adding a saddle rack in it. Also interested in cover ideas.

So far I added a dowel on one side to hang saddle pads on. And nothing else. I’m planning on gluing a magazine holder to the lid for boots and wraps. I would like to add some contraption to keep my saddle pads in the lid beside the boots. I have a crate I use for my spray bottles, but would love some other ideas.
Most of the stuff I already own is in containers and semi-organized but mine isn’t as big as yours and I’ll need to maximize space.
I did add a light to the bottom of the tray that is in there. One of the ones that you press and it turns on.
Great ideas! I was actually going for that one but brought my saddle with me and dewalt fit it better. Im thinking to rigging a wire saddle rack that hangs over the stall door to the inside of mine. Its a bit tippy with the saddle on the wire but I think I can put a pool noodle over it

Not to do the one up thing, buuutttt I kind of collect those types of trunks. One of mine is a little bit thinner and taller and has two CUP HOLDERS on the top! With that little puppy you don’t even have to ask anyone to hold your beer before you do something stupid

Cup holders you say. Those would come in handy. I’m actually looking at material to somehow make a cushion of the top, cause everyone keeps sitting on it.

the second drawer for hoof pics, the thrid drawer for gloves and the pull down area holds a helmet and half chaps. (mine has one less drawer than this one.
