I’m in love with mine. She’s soooooooo friendly and gorgeous.
Mo Swanson had a gorgeous colt that is an awesome mover…went Premium and Foal of Distinction at her GOV inspection:-)
Is there a video? He looks beautiful on her website.
It should be coming, there is video. Congrats on yours by the way:-)
I have a simply wonderful Stedinger from my mare Wolkenstanza. He is a true black, very elegant, with quite extravagant movement. He has been outgoing, easy in every way, quite sweet. Very happy with this 3rd Stedinger.
Shari Glickman @ Goodness Ridge Farm had a Stedinger colt out of her Day Dream - Rubinstein I mare, Baronessa, who is simply amazing. He won Premium and Foal of Distinction at his inspection. http://www.goodnessridge.com/foals/shameless/ I love his name too!
My Stedinger mare is one of my most favorite horses I’ve ever owned. Not only is she outstanding as far as movement, conformation, and pedigree… but what an absolute sweetheart. Love love love her  I’d take another one in a heartbeat!
I have admired Stedinger for years – how far have his foals gone under saddle? Are any old enough to do FEI level and if so, are they? TIA

Shari G’s Shameless is a beautiful Stedinger foal (but the mom gave her full 50% too - she’s exceptional).
The OHBS/GOV inspectors have reported seeing some spectacular Stedinger foals this year - including Mo’s and Shari’s.

Penny, his first foals are 7 y/o this year, so the jury is still out on how his offspring will make up to FEI levels.
I have a super 2 year old gelding by Stedinger. He is very handsome and an absolute delight to work with. I have no doubt that this horse has the mind and physical aptitude to go up the levels; he has a fantastic hind leg.
Here is a link to the video of my 2011 colt by Stedinger. He is a 3/4 brother to Somer Hit who won the east coast FEI 5 year old competition this year with a score that qualified them to go to Germany. His name is Shanghai. He is oit of an Elite Mare named Rhussia who is Rotspon/Armin/Eisenherz I.

Beautiful. He’s one month older than my filly who is Stedinger/Rubinstein. A LOT of resemblances as should be expected.
We have had three Stedinger foals, but only one was around to be started. She was a super star under saddle though. Learned very quickly and did a super MPT with only two months preparation. Earned a score of 7.67 and Special Premium. Also was the top jumper at her MPT. I love stallions that do not kill jump. The first person that came to try her, an amateur rider over 50, bought her the next week.
All were my Stedinger’s were black with nice bling and great movement. Hard not to like. Mine all had correct hind legs and super canters and trots. Walks were good enough, but the mares all had good walks. All their owners are very happy with them, and that is what really counts.
We own and are competing a super Johnson mare, one of the top Five Year Olds in the US right now, from the dam line of Stedinger. She is a super athlete with great mechanics. I am very tempted to line-breed her back to Stedinger one day (-:
Not why I started this thread… but how much did people sell their Stedinger fillies for? (mine is NOT for sale, this is for insurance purposes only)
If tomorrow’s phone calls are a bust, I’ll be left to prove value.
Is Stedinger Hanoverian approved?

warmbloods-for-sale.com shows a Stedinger weanling filly sold last year, priced at $8500. There is currently a yearling Stedinger colt on there at priced at $16,900.
A friend sold her yearling Stedinger filly last year for $13,500. She had been asking $15,000 but took the buyer’s offer to get the horse moved.

Yes.
8500 is a better number than 3x stud fee. lol
I love mine. I own one of the three Crosiadore is talking about, I bought this mare from her.
she is, as Crosiadore says, very blingy. Impressive beauty with exceptionally athletic ability and movement.
she is a sensitive horse who is a very willing partner, and undoubtedly the best horse I have ever ridden. SUPER horse to ride, so much fun.
