dinng recommendations and after parties?

Headed in to WEG now but trying to make reservations for dinner. Recommendations? Need a place for tonight and tomorrow. Slightly so or upscale. Celebrating with friends and ready for a great experience!

How about after parties? Several things going on at houses but any clubs or bars premiering as great destinations?

I always like DeShay’s for dinner. Not sure if I spelled that right but its well known, should be easy to find.

Holly Hill Inn in Midway for dinner. WONDERFUL. Need reservations.

You will find many riders at the bar at the Marriott…also lots of the US top H/J riders (including many of the underage juniors, guess they don’t check for ID there LOL!)

Malone’s was wonderful. I made reservations, and got right in! There was an hour wait if I hadn’t made the reservations. They also have complimentary pick up to/from your hotel if you are within a 15 mile radius. That was very nice!

deSha’s and Malone’s are old favorites in Lexington. I also really enjoy a la lucie. Alfalfa’s is good for vegetarians.

The 2 places that I ate out in the past week were;

Merrick Inn has nice rooms to take over. We had 14 people in our group.

Holly Hill Inn also lovely

we made reservations for both.

Try these two

We had two wonderful dinners in Lexington. The first was at a la lucie and the second was a Le Deauville. Both restaurants are on Limestone.

A La Lucie, The Metropol, Le Deauville, Dudley’s, Bellini’s, Portofinos are downtown and fabulous. Tomo is great for sushi.
