I like e-bay. Most of the horse stores have a site there…except maybe Smartpak. Even FITS sells their once used and returned breeches and have been wonderful to deal with.
FITS is my favorite by far. I had no idea they made knee patch breeches, but once I tried them on I was hooked. They don’t really do sales through their websites, but I know right now they are doing a promotion that with code 12DAYS, customers get a gift set of 4 flavors of Horse Quencher sample packs, which is kinda cool since I love Horse Quencher too. FITS does have their own site as well, though I know most people order through Smartpak, but this deal is just through them. IDK if that helps, but also check on eBay for sure!
