According to an email I got from Dover, Safety Awareness Week runs this week through September 26th with discounts on helmets and vests. SmartPak and other retailers are also participating in the event.

Riding Warehouse has the best helmet sale prices I’ve seen so far (at least for my helmet). Hit my head pretty good in a fall a few days ago so perfect timing 
Tack Shack of Ocala also has helmets and air vests on sale this week
