Wow, seems I can only ride for about 10 minutes before the nerve pain starts up again. (car accident 8/27/10) I am bummed. I am trying to be encouraged, but these are the babiest of baby steps. At LEAST I am on the horse. At LEAST I am getting slightly better but waaaaaa.
Congratulations on baby steps vs no steps! I have nerve pain too. It is hard to describe to those who’ve never had it.
Can you experiment with types of apparel? I had a pair of full seats that I wanted to burn b/c they were burning me.
