DIY Jumps?

So I found this blog post on these right angled jumps. Unfortunately, they didn’t post any plans. Anyone have plans to something similar they are willing to share or how they would go about making these?

I like that these are short, small, and made at a right angle for lunging purposes.

I used to make jumps and these would actually be easy to make. Just show the picture to a carpenter or draw it out on graph paper.
