I am planning on showing at a couple of rated dressage shows this year. My only goal is to get scores towards my bronze medal. I will not be trying to get qualifying scores for regionals.
This horse has her USDF number, and I have mine. I am fine with getting my USEF membership…but what is the benefit of her getting a USEF horse tracking number? Is there any benefit? Thank you in advance!
If all you are going for is the bronze medal, then NO, you do not need a horse USEF number, because your horse’s USDF number will be picked up by USEF and she will be assigned a USEF HID number for free.
You would only need the full USEF recording if you were qualifying for regionals.
