I have just used both my shop vac and home central vac with upholstery attachment on my rough collies while brushing and both tools caught the loose hair and fluffed up the coats. The dogs came around pretty quickly to it with a little encouragement and a lot of praise.
Following along. I’ve been so tempted by all the ads for dog grooming vacuums with all the interchangeable grooming accessories.
Well I did buy one, the oneisall. I’ve used it a couple times, works ok. I wish the groom tools thumb push would lock in place. I have arthritis in my hands and thumb. After awhile my thumb starts to hurt from having to hold the tool button down. The hair container is pretty small, but not a big deal. The nail grinder would probably be fine for a small dog, not so much with my German Shepherds.I use a dermel. The furminator tool works ok, but does tend to pull/drag on the hair it’s not smooth like the original furminator
