Doing business with JILL BURNELL? BEWARE.

That would likely save Aloha’s testicles if he was seized. If Silver Creek has a lien then when he is seized, you’d probably be able to make a valid case of ownership, especially with his registration papers in hand.

I may be wrong, but pretty sure you can remove Facebook posts via a computer, but not via a smartphone. Her computer probably crashed months ago and she’s too broke to fix/buy a new one and is using her smartphone now.[/QUOTE]

You CAN both edit and delete posts on a smart phone. I do it all the time.

Just my opinion, but I am not sure Aloha needs his testicles. He’s not the most athletic and when I met him, his temperament left something to be desired. He is black with bling though.

Yes, that is correct. She has purchased a lot of mares since, so she had the money and could have resolved it if she so desired.

I’ve met Aloha and i thought he was a pony when i saw him at first - he is a cute guy - small - maybe 16h if he was lucky , but you are right - blingy for sure

when his owner came and got him from where we both were had our horses, she took my tack - i did get it back tho… so i guess i should feel lucky!

You are lucky MBM!

Aloha is smaller. I know he is advertised as 16.1h, but there’s no way. I think he’d be better off gelded and turned into a kids hunter or something.

Hmm, I have an android and with the facebook app if I slide my finger sideways over a post it will pull up asking if I want to delete it.

You also have the option with any smart phone to log onto the full desktop facebook page (instead of using the mobile ap) which is the same as on your computer and do your deleting and editing that way.

I contacted both of the most recent facebook posters and gave them HoofJustice’s phone number and a link to this thread. Hopefully they can get their horses back…

So “Luvmyhunter”, I guess you are “Chris of Pennsylvania”? So you are a long way away. Have you actually seen your colt in the flesh? Please call HoofJustice. I hope what you paid (and that you have a bill of sale) for him is worth some legal fees.

I have contacted HoofJustice and am working with her.

I’m sure this has come up but I haven’t read the entire thread…What is the story on Jill’s stallion supposedly “coming soon” from Germany? How can someone who has so many alleged financial issues be continuing to run her business at all, let alone importing a stallion?? Can someone please update me if this has been previously discussed?

Over the years, there have been at least two instances of “coming soon” in regards to stallions. She even went so far as to actually advertise them as here and activated in stud books, when in actuality the stallion had not been paid for, imported, and/or presented to any of the NA studbooks yet.

what i find amazing is that she appears to of stolen/not paid for/etc a HUGE amount of value for a huge amount of people - and yet she still to date has not even so much as been spanked for it!

honestly - it really kind of blows ones mind…

Personally, I think she is committing fraud as she is contracting for services and goods knowing that she will not or can not pay and she has been doing it for years. Her MO is pay just enough to lure people into thinking that she will. I did contact the DA and the sheriff’s department in her area and they were not interested in pursuing the case. To file a small claims suit, it would cost us more than what she owes to do so and then, even if we won, there are no guarantees that we would get paid. That is how she gets away with it. I wish someone with contacts could get one the TV shows like 20/20 or 60 minutes to do a segment on her.

The Sheriff/DA would pursue criminal activity, not civil. Has anyone contacted the Attorney General Consumer Fraud division? That would be the agency that would make most sense to file a report with.

People go to jail all the time for writing bad checks. I guess it’s all about who you write the bad check to… I do have to wonder who is still supplying her with hay, feed, veterinary and farrier services, etc. I am on the opposite coast, but I know in these parts there are only so many bridges you can burn till you’re stranded.
