Have been following all along, from first threads. I don’t need to state my position.
I’m just chiming in to say it would be nice if things could stay on track. The true information is getting lost for people that aren’t checking in every hour and have to go through 6 rather silly pages to catch up at the end of the day.
While laughter is quite powerful just remember this is very real for many people. Keep it light hearted, but please don’t make light of it. Have respect for what is trying to be accomplished here.
A judge will end up reading this thread, I’m quite sure, so let’s ensure the points are clear, unmuddied, and undeniable in their gravity.

I have followed this thread since the beginning, and have noted the facts. I will try to be as civil as possible but the thought of GFF for me stirs a lot of anger and disappointment. My mare was much thinner than when she was delivered to you with a host of issues that she never had before. I expected a lot better. After I picked my jaw up off of the ground as to how she looked when she stepped off the trailer from your farm, I had my vet right out. His words were “she’s as open as a present on Christmas day.” In the back of my mind, I knew that this was going to be the outcome. I am embarrassed that I sent my mare to you.
I’m just glad I got her back safely. You knew that the shipper was coming to your farm, because I called/emailed you/had the dispatcher try to contact you all week prior to the shipping date. We got no response from you. Ever. Why did it take two hours for you to release her to the shipper? A horse that was never yours? I trusted you with the care of my mare, CARE being the operative word. I have so many unanswered questions and cannot believe anything that you told me during the time that my mare was at your farm. I was a newbie to the breeding world, but I certainly learned my lesson. Consider my stud fee a parting gift. Do I consider myself monetarily defrauded? That’s a grey area. I’m not owed money, just the truth. For me, money is beside the point. Lied to and deliberately misled? Definitely. Would I do business with GFF ever again? Absolutely not. Angry? You have no idea.
