Don't Understand how the online Chronicle works

I’m a print subscriber, but there seems to be content on the website that doesn’t make it into the print edition. I’m finding all sorts of stuff that is new to me–and I read the print edition from cover to cover every single week.

What percent of the new online material doesn’t make it into the print magazine? William Micklem’s recent articles didn’t make my print edition, so there must be other content that doesn’t. Since I’m on dial up, spending time reading on the computer or downloading is agony.

Web Content

…thanks for asking.

Yes, beginning in November 2009, we started publishing extra or supplementary articles on the website. We have a new stable of excellent bloggers and other freelancers covering articles that are pertinent to the community, but just can’t fit into the magazine. In addition to our real-time event coverage, we’re also offering various content series on issues that affect you, like safely trailering your horse and what to look for in buying a farm. We plan on doing more of these types of content series in the future.

If you have ideas of articles/topics you’d like to see on the site, please feel free to let us know at news@chronofhorse.com.

Thanks so much for being part of our subscriber family!
