Anyone have experience with Double D trailers? I’m researching trailers, 2 horse, bumper pull with ramp.
We had a client that looked into them. Fantastic options, but excessive price. They found something they were equally happy with for 1/3 the price locally.
We ordered a custom trailer from them in April with an expected delivery date sometime this month. So far, I couldn’t be more pleased with Double D. 
We ordered the 2 horse forward/reverse slant bumper pull with ramp.
They are well designed & built (were built here in NC, I believe they still have a facility here) & you will see more than you can count on our roads during trail riding seasons for a reason (sorry for weird sentences…painkillers…). Excellent service as well, I had looked at several models (ended up finding my Adam, which is also excellent) when shopping in 07. They last a lifetime as long as you take care of them, I have several friends with DD’s in the 20-25 year old range rolling along wonderfully.
I’m very very picky about design, engineering, materials, etc – and I wouldn’t hesitate to take one home in good working order.
Double D used to build for EquiSpirit in NC. My EquiBreeze was built by them and it’s awesome. Very solid welding, tight seams, etc. EquiSpirit doesn’t pick just anyone to build for them
