So Dover is doing free personalization on saddle pads but the option to personalize isn’t available on any of them. Has anyone else tried? Has anyone successfully ordered anything from this promo? If so, please tell me the secret.

I tried that. I’ve tried a bunch of different pads and it’s not available on any of them. I guess I need to call them.
Maybe restart your device? The option to personalize showed up right away for me.

I tried from different devices. It literally just worked now, so maybe the option has been added again or maybe I’m crazy but I tried yesterday from my phone and today from my laptop and it wouldn’t work until about 60 seconds ago.
