Dr. Xie’s Jing Tang Herbal supplements

Haven’t used any of their horse-specific products, but I have used yunnan baiyao topically (open capsules in a syringe of water and squirt where needed) to stop the bleeding after my horse had front teeth extracted and we also use it at the veterinary practice where I work for the same thing. Can also be given to pets with certain tumors to reduce the risk of rupturing internal tumors, hemorrhaging, etc. We’ve also used a few others, concentrated 8 righteous and something for the liver at some point, I don’t remember what it was called. But Dr. Xie’s is a very reputable place to get these herbal treatments, not like buying random herbs off sketchy websites, and though I only have experienced a few, they have all worked very well. With these TCVM therapies and more herbal treatments, you just really have to try them out for a bit and see how they work on your pet. Probably won’t hurt, might help.

A few years back, our senior Jack Russell Terrier dog had a nasal cancer and we used the yunnan baiyao as well (pill form). When he eventually passed, I took the remaining supply I had on hand to my local vet with research articles so they’d hopefully read up on it and give it a try.
