Hi all, I have recently been blessed to move to my own farm and have a 20x40 meter dressage arena put in. I am looking at renting out arena time and am curious as to what people would pay if they didn’t have access to something where they kept their horses. The arena will be regularly dragged and appropriately watered.
BTW I am in Palm Beach County Fl.
Might want to check with your insurance first. Need liability coverage, and if you are charging fees, that might make you a commercial operation (if you aren’t already).

I wonder about demand for a 20x40 arena for training? If I were trailering somewhere to work my horse I’d prefer to find a 20x60.
I ask as someone who bought a new place and put in a 20x40 thinking that would be all I needed. After a few years I re-graded and made it over to 20x60. Luckily I just barely had room to add the missing 20 meters.
I wouldn’t haul for a 20x40. I have paid 15 for an arena I used for years at a quiet barn.
Agreed, I don’t see much demand for an uncovered short court. I’d expect to pay $20/25 day use for a covered arena.
As much as I would have loved a full size. We just don’t have the acerage for it
