Are you looking for approved Trakehner stallions, or AHS stallions with Trakehner blood? Presumably you know that Harvard is not a Trakehner, he is a Hanoverian by the Trakehner stallion, Hohenstein.
Both. I have an ATA mare and AHS mare. I like the Trak blood to refine my old type Han mare.
Is Contucci still breeding? He’d be a great choice.
It’s too bad Oskar is no longer breeding, as I am one of many who love our offspring by him. 
He has two approved sons (I think just two?) who are young and not widely used yet, but I wouldn’t hesitate to look for his lines. He doesn’t seem to improve front end much if you need that, but consistently added sit/good hind leg in his offspring out of a variety of mares I saw when shopping. The front ends varied widely depending on the mares - so if your mare is great in front and needs help behind, those lines are pretty consistent for you.
I would absolutely NOT count on Contucci to refine.
He’s young, but I’m a pretty big fan of the Ehrentanz KD, by Hirtentanz out of a Buddenbrock mare (http://kdsporthorses.com/ehrentanz-kd/). So far, he’s approved ATA, sBs, and ONA/ISR, and will be aiming for other approvals as he continues through sport. As his sire, he himself jumps but has strong dressage blood. Also, he has a truly phenomenal temperament and character.
Hancock is another super nice stallion who seems to produce nice offspring from what I’ve seen so far.

Not a breeder, but this stallion shows in my area and seems quite nice…
