Of course I would like to see the tests where Moorlands Totilas will perform. Would that horse be likely to do all three - the Team Dressage, GP Special, and the Freestyle? What will he most likely be in?

All three, assuming he qualifies.
Everyone does the regular GP (the team test). At the Olympics this included riders from countries that didn’t field a full team b/c the scores here are used to determine who goes on.
The top-scoring horses from the GP go on to the GPS. Then the top top scoring horses go on to the freestyle.
Now all you need to do is figure out which of four regular GP sessions and which of two GPS sessions he’ll appear in!
