I currently ride my.17 hand SWB gelding in a hennig sofq 18" wide tree. I am looking for saddles that ride similar to it. Any thoughts would be appreciated. It is the 3/4 block versiom
Why would you ride in anything else? I adore mine, which is now 13 years old. If I had to get a different saddle, I think I might look at Schleese. But it’s hard to find another saddle with that flexible of a tree and that wonderful of a well place gel pad seat.
Oh I love my Hennig, but I am looking for a backup saddle.

I am also someone who loves my hennig. I have a much older model, so it’s not quite the same as the current sofa.
But, i recently sat in a frank baines adagio and really liked it. I don’t want to pretend to know enough to compare technical features. But as someone who is somewhat picky about my saddles, it was a saddle I really liked.
