I recently moved to the South Shore of Massachusetts (Norwell) and I need to identify a new dressage trainer to work with. I have a couple of needs that make identifying one maybe a bit more challenging than usual. First, I am keeping my horse at home, so will need someone who will either travel to me or let me truck in. Second, my mare is a real challenge and definitely needs someone who teaches through positive reinforcement and keeping things interesting for her. Also who is a fairly bold rider and not intimidated by an “I don’t want to do this so I’m going to pretend to spook” attitude combined with big gaits (if you ignore it and just get back to work she’s fine). Suggestions?
