Do you have an opinion on them?
I have used them for years for birds, cats, dogs, aquariums, back yard birds…
I have been very pleased with them, they ship quickly, customer service has always been stellar, and the products are very nice.
I love everything I ever ordered, mostly cat stuff. Prices are good, quality high. Best of all they don’t spam you or beat you over the head with catalogs in the mail.
I only have good things to say about them! We have ordered a ridiculous amount of aquariums supplies (fresh and saltwater) from them over the years as well as dog toys. They fairly recently added horses and I have ordered fly spray and a couple of supplements.
I agree that their customer service is stellar. Any issues we have had have been taken care off immediately, whether that be re-ship the damaged item or get a full refund on a damaged in shipping item.
They were recently purchased by Petco, but so far that has not affected their quality. Honestly, they have had more sales since Petco took over!
ETA: Oh yeah, if you set up an item for auto-delivery the 10th shipment is free! And they do not charge extra for shipping heavy items (salt mix and sand in our case…).
I have bought quite a few items from them, but recently they have increased prices on such items as KMR. I also had a disasterous shipping experience with them when I used them for vaccines. I paid for 2nd day air, and they sent it ground, which took forever and of course the vaccines arrived warm. They made good on it, but I haven’t used them as much over the last few months.
I have always had good experiences with them.

I admit I was very impressed once at how they managed to shove a very large and fluffy dog bed into a box that seemed way too small for it. No harm done. The bed worked fine for many years, still works fine even though the dog that used it is no longer with us and the other dogs do not think dogs should have to use beds.
Always had a good experience. My cats and dogs love those freaking slumber balls.
