Hey all! I’m a facility owner/trainer in Wa state and really struggling to make things work. Prices on absolutely everything have gone up and I’m literally paying to have horses here. Wondering what ppl think a realistic price for a facility lease is. Facility was built in 2019, and is In immaculate condition.

-110’ x 250’ outdoor sand arena
-Multiple seasonal pastures
-Heated tack rooms and bathroom

-Separate hay/shavings/storage building
-Star Link WI-FI AND Ring Cameras
Equipment rental available.
Lessor responsible for barn utilities, maintenance, and insurance.
