Dublin Nations Cup

Can’t bring it up on CMH TV. Any ideas?

The broadcasting rights for this show are a mess. You can watch most of the rounds indvidually on the results page here

The Nations Cup today was broadcast on Horse and Country TV and not on CMH. It seems CMH has some of the classes but not all of them.

So happy with that result. Imagine being one of the 11 that had to be on standby for a four-faulter jumpoff! Excruciating!

I think of Laura Kraut as our “stealth” rider. She has no drama, she raised a son, she is a grandmother. She was second in Aachen and now wins Rolex Grand Prix in Dublin. She just quietly goes about her job. So amazing!!!

Laura the only clear in the first round. I haven’t seen that in a Grand Prix in a long time. Off the top of my head I can think of Chris Kappler on Seven Wonder in the 1995 Invitational, although I’d guess there are more since then.

Have to shout out the Canadians as well. What a nice round from Amy Millar. And Mario’s horse was jumping the best of anybody until they miscommunicated at the turn to the wall. It was fun to see Gail Greenough on the tribune. Rumor has it that Prince Charles used to pursue her and we always called Princess Diana the bargain basement Gail Greenough. But I digress. That Laura. Just perfection today.

Well done Laura!

Thanks for the link @MHM. That was a big course.

I love that equestrian spectators cheer good rounds, no matter the rider’s nationality.
