Just got an email from Chick’s Saddlery, a bunch of Dublin boots are $59-$89 dollars. Go go go!
So, so tempting! Anyone know how they fit compared to their paddock boots? I have the blue patent in an 8.5 because they were known to run small.
I don’t know how those Dublins fit, but every other pair of Dublin boots I have tried have run very small. I’ve tried to guesstimate during some of those “no return” type sales and have guessed wrong each time. They just don’t fit my wide-ish 8.5 well at all, unfortunately.
Shipping costs ruined my excitement.
Never mind I caved I couldn’t pass up $100 for full leather boots.
As far as fit goes, I have their paddock boots in a size 39 which is listed as an 8-8.5. They fit me very well. I ordered an 8.5. Because I can always add a heel pad if needed.
I wear an 8.5, and my Dublin Rivers are either…8, or 8.5, I can’t remember. Either way, though, they fit me. So no need for me to upsize to the 9.
I a solidly an 8.5 in paddock boots and in street shoes. If anything some 8.5s are too wide in the heelbox. The Dublin paddock boots I just got from Horseloverz are too small. I little snug widthwise but too short. I probably would take a 9 in the Dublin.
So they seem to run small.
Thank you for the Heads Up! My feet will send you a Thank You note, too… when they learn to type. It could be a while… but know that they mean well, lol.
Thank you! My muck boots died and this is a perfect replacement.
