Dump cart for ATV

I have been using a SURE-TRAC for 3 years now. It attaches to a ball hitch. I have used with a 4 wheeler, mahindra, case and a framhal cub (yup antique tractor) tractor. It has a power tilt to it … I can sit on whatever I am pulling with and hit the up / down button for the dump from the seat using either a pole or lean reach back, use my fingers. It goes high enough (not to a right angel) that all material will fall out.

and I took off the back door

looking at all the links to what others are using, mine is different. It has power and there is a battery under the bed of the dump cart

I have a massive steel John Deere dump cart, capacity is 1-ton and I am pretty sure I have loaded it to that point! The back gate pops off, and I have had no trouble getting it off even when fully loaded. It doesn’t dump to 90* but is pretty darn close, though I do still have to pull forward to get everything to slide out.

I can fill it about half full and still be able to tip it up by hand. Any fuller, and I rely on the tractor arms to do the lifting after I remove the gate. Once the tractor has it “tipped”, I can easily finish tipping it by hand.

It has been an absolute lifesaver.

It is still sold by John Deere, though I never see it in any brochures. Purchase price is $850.

Nice! probably out of the budget… :frowning:

I have one of the dual articulating axle trailers that I purchased

and I also have a big heavy duty plastic one that has the dual axles as well. They are GREAT. The plastic one that I cannot find link to right now and I am not home to look at brand has a dump on it. Takes some assistance from you, but it is pretty good!

You can get trailer-barrows, which can both be towed by a vehicle and pushed by hand. Perfect for getting up high on the muck heap, and you can tip it as high as you can reach, rather than relying on a tipping mechanism that’s limited in height.

Edit: If you’re struggling to find one, I’ll try to find a link to the barrow I used to have.

This tipping wheelbarrow looks pretty fabulous for smaller jobs. Has anyone seen one like it North America?

My goodness :o

Is there any locking mechanism for this, it appears that it just sits there?
