Oh absolutely! Feel free ask the trainer about the lady that posted. Heck I was liquidating stuff for someone and was just the agent. But heck glad to know it’s out there and really effected me. Lol! The horse though is in a genuinely amazing home in Colorado with a little girl that adores him so it ended exactly how it should!

I really have no idea where or what that snapshot is from or how long ago. When I just needed sworn in and had to fly home I was. And I’ve always been very specific in my language as to not portray myself in a manner in which I would get in trouble in anyway. Now why don’t we go back to talking horses anyways. Isn’t that the point of this thread?

There’s actually a guy that was part of my navhda club in az that hunted and bred them. It was interesting and they were incredible! Look I have no dog (no pun intended) in the doodle conversation! I’m just think it’s funny how a thread can start out bashing someone and end up people talking doodles. 
Ok now my interest is piqued, I gotta go find a photo of one.
The twists and turns these threads take can be a wild ride for sure.

I defended you because I knew it is very possible to graduate and take the bar but not be an attorney. But that you would then indicate you researched me enough to know I went to Harvard Law, comparing it to ASU….(Lol). But it is pretty rich to accuse people of stalking you on posts, when you must be doing your own research into who we are. If you didn’t research that, you chose badly on your metaphors.
All my debts are paid off, courtesy of my work as an attorney.

And if you went to Harvard then congrats. That’s huge! But yah not at all I could have said Yale or Princeton. Any of the ivys. I just didn’t have the money to and was smart in my decision to stay in state since I was young. I went into law school at 20.

Good god, this is not that difficult. If you have to sit the bar exams again sometime in the future to be sworn in at the bar, than you have not, and have never been, an Attorney in practice.
Thus, you are misrepresenting yourself as a “lawyer”.
You have a J.D.? Great. You passed a bar exam 10 years ago? Great. You have neglected to be sworn in? Than you are not a “lawyer” nor an attorney in practice, and you never have been.

See that’s actually a false statement. There are quite a few states that will not allow transfers therefore you must sit for the bar again. But hey we could go with your rules too
However that does not apply to you because you have never been sworn in at the bar, in any State.
Honestly, the people you are speaking to are not as dumb as you think.

No Skydy is correct. If you have never been sworn in as a lawyer anywhere then you are not a lawyer. If you have been sworn in for one state or country you are a lawyer there but obviously can’t practice elsewhere. And if you are disbarred or stop keeping your law registration updates you are not a lawyer. It’s not about just getting the JD.
