I’ve been following along.
" I’m just fine it funny a bunch of gotta be middle aged to old ladies sitting here online bullying someone"
Wish we weren’t just middle-aged woman. Who could forget the bathrobes and the basement.
The yelp review is not surprising. It is what came up when I duckduck’d her name.
[KG KENNELS AND SPORTHORSES - Scottsdale, AZ - Yelp]
I can’t read the whole review can you post a screenshot? I don’t have a yelp account
I don’t either. But here it is:
- We went to look at a horse offered for sale by Kate Shearer from AG kennels and Sporthorses on March 7,2022. We weren’t sure about the horse because it was very green for the price she was asking. The next day she contacted us and asked us what we thought. I let her know we were unsure and we wanted to try another horse. A day later I let her know that we like the horse but not to hold him for us. Seven days later I contacted her because he had not sold at that time. I made an offer. She countered offered. I was out of town for the weekend and was thinking about the offer and needed to speak to my 13 year old daughter. When I got back in town she gave me an ultimatum and I let her know that I was not gonna go ahead and get the horse. At that point she became very unprofessional and stated “I really just want to go off on you”. I did not respond. Minutes later she went on social media. Stating-“Worst experience ever! I try to be nice with newbies in the horse world but TIRE KICKER EXTRAORDINAIRE experience. I wish I could charge people for their bs waste of my time. Trainer …, client Keri with … . AVOID!!!”.
I removed both my daughters and trainers name because I thought that it was super tacky and didn’t feel the need to add it to this post.
I would be very cautious and doing business with her. She seems to go on crazy rants on social media quite often.

She has said it. She graduated law school but has not been sworn in to any state bar. She says she passed the bar exam/MPRE but got held up in her state’s ethics committee because of identity theft.
That doesn’t seem very suspicious to me. Graduating with a law degree from Arizona State isn’t exactly a launchpad to a high-paid career, let alone one with an ethics issue. Even if resolved. Starting salaries from Arizona State are not high.
Oh my I didn’t even know there was that. It was a purebred Arabian in California with a trainer. The lady jerked the trainer around for weeks and the. Said she had to sell some good to pay for the horse. I said no thanks and sold to someone else. She was mad that happened, but I’m sorry I’m not waiting on her to sell some gold and chins to buy a horse. For goodness sakes it wasn’t even my horse. Oh my that’s awesome and I’m going to have to save that lol!!! The poor trainer in California dealing with that buyer. It was hilarious. Oh man thanks for the laugh!
It’s a top 30 law school in the country so I guess….I went for in state tuition since I’ve paid my way since I was 17 and on my own. Not all of us can afford Harvard, but sure as heck could have gotten in with my LSAT and gpa. Lol! In addition the entire identity theft was posted above. It changed the law! For goodness sakes not like I had an ethics issue. Lol
You had an ethics issue which I felt I acknowledged fully in my explanation. You did not pass your ethics review for the bar, because of the identity theft problem. You have said so many times.
Actually I did pass in the end if you read clearly by that point all it had to do was be sworn in but I was so frustrated with the legal system for taking so long I walked away.
Won’t there be an ethics review if you intend to practice law in Florida? You’re not worried you’ll have to explain things to the Florida Bar, such as the video above making claims about your status as a lawyer that are not true?
I don’t understand why you are attacking me. I was defending you! I responded to people saying you didn’t answer if you were a lawyer, so I explained you graduated from law school, said you passed the bar which I have no reason to doubt. You have another job now that makes more money, so it could make sense not to bother being a lawyer.
I can assure you that being a First Amendment attorney isn’t going to make you more.
It was a newspaper article, didn’t even know it was a video, and I discussed with them multiple times about wording. All do that is in email to the newspaper. I was very unhappy with how things ended up there and even other braider berated me for letting people know how much we make. And my application with every last thing you guys have found on social media has already been submitted hun. I’m not at all worried. But thank you for your genuine concern for my well being….or I guess more so attempt to try to mean girl me lol. Yes put that on the bingo card ladies!
It’s not a question of reading skills, it’s a matter of losing interest in reading when someone posts and posts and posts and posts and posts and posts and posts and posts and posts. And posts.
I’m sorry I took your comment maybe out of context then saying I didn’t pass the character and fitness (what the ethics is called). But I did. It was just held up. And no I don’t intend to practice law as full time business, just have it there in my back pocket if something in my business fails.
Well how should I respond to all the questions asked to me?
l’m just explaining why I don’t read the majority of what you write.
I seem to remember when Popeye K was presented for the hunter book with his professional hunter rider (Serio?) per reports of folks that were there. There is probably an old old thread on on it.(edited-Found it!)
Two sides to every story.
Ok cool! It’s hard changing form attacking my education to then talking horses to back to then my social media to back then to somehow doodle topic which was interesting lol. I don’t know how you all do these forums day in day out. It’s exhausting trying to keep up with everyone
Nevertheless you say in your own words quoted above that you are a lawyer when you are not yet sworn into the bar. That’s lying. You can say you attended law school or have a JD bit not that you are a lawyer. These are the kind of precise definitions lawyers actualjly care about.,
