East Bay Pasture Board

I’ll be moving my horse to the East Bay (Walnut Creek) soon and would love recommendations for pasture board. Trail access to Mt. Diablo is a plus but not necessary since I have a trailer. Stall or stall paddock isn’t an option.

Thanks!

It would probably help to include a state in your thread title.

That would be CA.

Here are a couple. I am not personally familiar with them as I have been out of Northern CA for a long time. The first link does have pasture board not sure about the others, but at least it can get you started.

Appreciate it! Pasture board is such a hot commodity that I’m a bit nervous I won’t find a spot. Again, thanks!

I boarded in Walnut Creek several years ago. Pasture board in the East Bay is hard to find but not impossible. Tru North is a small, quiet barn with extra large paddocks attached to stalls. They had no pasture board when I was there, but good access to Shell Ridge and Mt. Diablo trails for a horse that can handle modest road traffic. De Vito’s looks like they offer pasture board but I haven’t been there, and you would likely need to trailer to trails. The other barns I’m familiar with in WC only offer stall boarding with limited turnout. If you are willing to consider Danville, Briones or perhaps Concord/Antioch, you will have more options.
