It seems only a matter of time for that to happen ,however judges are mostly a tolerant lot. They do seem to hold out for quite a while before they blow up.
so explain to me please.
if he cannot afford the serving fee, how can he pay a lawyer?

He is filing Pro se (he has no attorney). It seems that filing lawsuits without legal council does have it’s drawbacks, such as not having anyone to tell you that it does require funds to serve the people you are suing.

He has to know that already. He’s been involved in an awful lot of lawsuits, often pro se from what I can tell (Google or a search on here will get you plenty of examples).

Touché!
And this is how we po’ folks get so stupid: We don’t have the dough to pay the folks to tell us that we have no dough.

One would THINK that he would “know that” ,however I certainly wouldn’t bet on it. Learning from experience and behaving in a thoughtful and considered manner don’t seem to be hallmarks of Mr. Buck’s Per se lawsuits or his criminal record.

:lol: “Well tie me to an ant hole and smear jam on my ears!”
However the interweb is a wonderful thing and we know Mr. Buck can use it.

Mea culpa – obviously I didn’t think things through any more than he did

Not at all!
You were thinking as an intelligent and rational person and thus had no expectation that someone else , who files many Pro se lawsuits, would not have the sense to learn from experience, as you would have done (if you were a serial litigant).

Perhaps the Dragonharte, in his zealous and lofty pursuit of justice, sometimes overlooks the petty details. Perhaps the Dragonharte was hoping the judge would do the same?

It is 6am my time, and I haven’t had any caffeine. Please tell me this is like The Onion and that Buck running for pres is one big joke?
Seems that some members of his facebook group are becoming skeptical and restive
hmmmm
Sometimes attributed to Lincoln:

Heehee, I have entertainment for my work day now
Clearly you people don’t understand his genius. Maybe you’d understand better if you’d allow your horses to spout water, like Buck does.
“Dressage is an ‘art’ only when the rider allow
s the horse to also be an artesian.
Allan Buck 7/23/12”
:lol::lol::lol:
Agree with much of the above, but at the same time it doesn’t hurt to rattle the cage of such an august body as the AQHA.
So, Sundust offered a piaffe? I now have a headache from that group
