Why is it that folks only want to go to clinics of well known clinicians, riders, trainers?
Do folks really believe that these elite are the only knowledgable ones?
And more importantly, why would one go to a clinic that the presenter refuses to learn anything new, in other words, the presenter’s word is written in stone?
What has happened to seeking out knowledge, and in the horse world, why not seek out knowledge from experienced unknowns who just might have acquired some knowledge from the horses?[/h]

This guy must look like a fly buzzing around the 1,000 lb. AQHA. It is a highly evolved organism with a tail and squiggy skin that can brush off this fly with a minimum of effort.

Here in California, we call 'em “vexatious litigants,” and you can move to have someone “declared” vexatious (if they’ve filed more than certain number of suits within a certain time period, etc., ) and cut 'em off at the knees in terms of filing any more suits. Being “vexatious” and representing oneself in propria persona seem to run hand-in-hand. The firm where I work has several cases in which the plaintiffs are representing themselves, and they are easily the most frustrating matters to work on. In some cases, the pro per plaintiffs can get filing and other fees waived, and in some instances, the sheriff will serve their documents at no charge.

Here we can make application to have a statement of claim struck out based on 'abuse of process" or 'frivolous and vexatious " claims.

These are used when litigant has a history of whacky litigation.

Why not? Oh maybe because of the criminal record, the awful videos of Mr . Buck “riding dressage” and “teaching”, maybe the plethora of bizarre lawsuits, who knows? I’m sure he just can’t understand it!

As for my law suits here in Utah…the cases were and are predicated upon evidence. If you take the time to actually read the cases you will see that rulings were issued in violation of the actual laws presented. In fact, my best friend who is a law professor even stated to me that he was dumb founded on the rulings.

Unfortunately, your insistence that you were improperly convicted of theft, and that there is a conspiracy against you which results in your losing your many lawsuits, does absolutely nothing to help your credibility. If your “best friend” is a law professor I’m sure he could have helped you, if there was any chance of you having a case. And yes, I have read the cases. Doesn’t look as if you had a leg to stand on IMHO.

As for running for president, a criminal conviction for theft , as an adult ,rather puts people off and takes you out of the running, even if you have impeccable educational credentials and experience in government and/or business (neither of which you seem to possess). Did that fact not cross your mind? Not even an inkling?

Geez…no kidding! The AQHA has taken on much bigger fish; those will more money, brains and talent. This guy is just a mild annoyance who probably doesn’t even get past the receptionist in Amarillo.
