Electrolytes Without Artificial Colors

I was reading the ingredients for my electrolytes and noticed that they have artificial coloring in them. I realized that most of the electrolytes that I have seen are bright colored.

Does anyone know of an electrolyte that does not have artificial coloring in it?

Apple-A-Day from Finish Line has no artificial colors - it is white.
It also has no sugars.
I’m not sure if the apple flavor is natural or artificial.

My horse didn’t like any of the apple flavored ones I tried, so I got this one. Alas he doesn’t like it either, but it does not have artificial color (though does list artificial flavor). https://www.ridingwarehouse.com/Buckeye_Nutrition_Perform_n_Win_Electrolyte_Powder_4lb/descpage-BNPAWES.html

Recharge. Whole Foods has it.

Perform N Win (Buckeye’s) is a good one

Horsetech. No sugar. No artificial coloring.

I feed electrolytes year round in my feed. Less in winter more in summer. I have known 2 horse that it seemed to help prevent frequent low level gas colics.

This seems to be recommended for events and in the water. Have you used it to top dress feed on a daily or routine basis?

I mix it in feed during the summer (our few weeks when it’s hot). My horse will eat it, eventually, but really picks at his feed if I put in any sort of electrolytes including this one. (And this horse will eat grain with bute or antibiotics no problem!)

UltraCruz makes an electrolyte in a powder and a pellet. No artificial colors in either.

I elyte mostly at events but occasionally for conditioning rides and if the weather is particularly hot and humid (which never happens in the mid-Atlantic of course lol). In all cases but during the actual competition I do use it as a top dress. It is intended for horses doing more long, slower work than your typical elyte (most of the ones on the market are formulated towards the race-horse type workout)
