endurance and other tall tales

Howdy, amigos of the Coth Ranch!

How’s everybody farin’ in these parts? Mostly I graze in your off course pasture from time to time, but if it’s alright for a horse to cross the fence-post line and mosey into this here pasture, I figured I might as well come over to see y’all, too.

I done heard the most ridiculous tale a horse has likely ever been told, so I figured I’d make a proper story about it.

Maybe you’ll like to laugh about it as much as I did. Seems y’all got some sense of humor about ya. If not, well, apologies for my mistake.

It’s story’s, thusly. https://countyisland.wordpress.com/2...er-tall-tales/

Thanks in advance for your kindness and politeness to an old ranch horse.

Best horse regards,
Whiskey

Ha! I enjoyed your story but the link you posted doesn’t work. I clicked on your web site link and found it.

Well, aww hell… Pardon my french. Thanks kindly for pointin out the error of my ways there, imaginique… It ain’t always easy bein’ a internet-savvy ranch horse.

But I’m glad ya liked it and was willin’ to take the extra effort to mosey around and find it.

If anybody else maybe wants to check it out, it’s here, thusly, now. https://countyisland.wordpress.com/2015/05/02/endurance-and-other-tall-tales/

And it ain’t a dangerous spam nor certainly not a dangerous virus your horse could catch.

Thanks kindly,
Whiskey

Howdy again, all. Just figured I’d mosey by to say thanks kindly for those of you who read my tale, and also, I guess I supposed a bunch of Ayrab-horse ridin’ pretend “endurance” trail riders might want to give me a whole lot more what-for for stompin’ all over ya like I done. Maybe Ayrab-horses got a better sense of humor than I generally give ‘em credit for. Huh. Frankly, I expected at least some trash talkin’ and ear-pinnin’, Not sayin’ I WANT that, though.

Anyhow, if ya need me, it’s bucket time on the County Island and you’ll find me standin’ at the fence, waitin’.

Best horse regards,
Whiskey
