Is it even possible?
I mean, I don’t, because my mare got laid up with a maybe-pelvic injury just when I was ready to get back into serious riding again, but my thoughts are that it probably is possible? Like, I live fairly lose to the Twin Cities, and there are a LOT of people who live in the Cities that come out to the suburbs (I call them suburbs because, uh, their version of “country” is laughable hahahaha) to ride. There’s active endurance in the area, and most people trailer out to the endurance areas for training and competition. I imagine you can probably make it work: find local trail parks or reserves and train your horse there, find a local fairground and condition on the race track, maybe shop around and see if anybody has any properties nearish by that you might be able to ride on (family friends are sometimes amazing that way), and coordinate with people in your district who might be coming from similar locations.
Beyond that, I can’t be of much help, sorry Good luck!
